In recognition and appreciation of these efforts, staff will not be charged vacation or PTO for time not worked due to the weather conditions through Tuesday, December 12, until 7:00 p.m. Staff members should report these hours as Inclement Weather Absence on their next attendance report.
We are extremely grateful to staff who reported to work for their regularly scheduled second (afternoon) and third (evening) shifts on Monday and those who reported to work on Tuesday. In recognition, these staff will be given equivalent hours of vacation or PTO time. Staff members should report these hours as Inclement Weather Worked on their next attendance report or UHHC timesheet.
We will be reviewing our related policies and procedures and will keep you informed of any changes.
