At 5 p.m. June 6, the M-Pathways Student Administration System, which runs on HEProd, the online transaction processing database, will become inaccessible to users so that human resource, payroll and benefits data can be converted and loaded into the new M-Pathways Human Resource Management System (HRMS). HRMS will share HEProd with the Student Administration System.
Staff who use the Student Administration System will be unable to update or enter data until 7 a.m. June 11. Wolverine Access also will be unavailable. Students will not be able to change their addresses or phone numbers, order transcripts, check grades, make changes to their class schedules, or perform any of the functions available on the Web while the system is down. The touch-tone telephone Interactive Voice Response system that students can call to check grades and information about student fees and payments also will be unavailable.
Information in the Student Administration Operational Data Store and the Data Warehouse will continue to be available during this outage so staff can view data and run reports. New student orientation will be unaffected, since students are not scheduled to use Wolverine Access to register for fall classes during this time.
