A glimpse of new beginnings
This aerial shot, recently
taken by Martin Vloet of U-M Photo Services, gives a bird’s-eye view
of the Life Sciences Institute Building construction site, adjacent to the
Washtenaw-Huron curve. Palmer Field is at the bottom of the photo. The
angled building jutting into the site is the North University Building.
The building with the tall smokestacks is the Power Plant.
