Blackstone to give farewell performance
Nationally renowned choral conductor Jerry Blackstone, director of choirs and chair of the Conducting Department will perform his final concert with the Men’s Glee Club April 13. U.S. News and World Report recently ranked the graduate conducting program first in the nation. Blackstone’s graduate and undergraduate students frequently have been finalists or received first-place awards in the American Choral Directors Association’s biennial National Choral Conducting Awards competition.
