Twelve city streets on or near the U-M campus will have non-standard traffic flow from 6 a.m9 p.m. Aug. 2730 during student Move-In. In addition, parking lot and space closures will affect a small portion of the University community. Parking areas involved during the entire four-day Move-In (unless otherwise specified) include:
The Designated Move-In program, which assigns each student a specific day to arrive, should ease traffic congestion on and around campus. Additionally, parents and students are directed not to arrive before 9 a.m. or to drive on or around campus between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
