U-M–Flint partnership cuts across borders

Faculty members from the Togliatti Academy of Management (TAM) in Togliatti, Russia, traveled to U-M–Flint in mid-July for a series of workshops. The U-M–Flint campus and TAM offer a joint program, Partners in Management Education, sponsored by the C.S. Mott Foundation.

The partnership, begun in the early 1990s, brings the principles of market economies and democracy to Russian students and leaders through collaborative education.

Now the two schools are moving ever closer by integrating learning modes with a technology-mediated online format.
