Wolverines host Frozen Four

Six of the nation’s top ice hockey teams met in Ann Arbor March 22–23 for the West Regional of the NCAA 2002 Division I Ice Hockey Championships. The Wolverines, who beat Michigan State March 17 to win the CCHA Tournament Title, played the St. Cloud State Huskies in the opening round. Junior Forward Mike Cammalleri, above, was named CCHA tournament MVP for his role in advancing Michigan to the NCAA Tournament.
