The Evening Herb Study Group of the Friends of Matthaei Botanical Gardens will bring an Easter theme to its monthly meeting, 7 p.m. April 5 in Room 125 of the Gardens.

The meeting will include a demonstration of Easter egg decoration using natural herbs and plants for coloring.

Health screenings at U-M-Flint

As part of National Public Health Week,
U-M-Flint is offering two days of health screenings in its Urban Health and Wellness Center (UHWC), Room 1145.

On April 7, the center will provide free screenings for diabetes, heart disease, stroke and hypertension 11 a.m.-2 p.m. The Your Center in the UHWC will conduct a health screening and presentation for HIV 11 a.m.-2 p.m. April 8.
