Brian Coppola, the Arthur
F. Thurnau Professor of Chemistry and associate chair for curriculum
and faculty affairs, Department of Chemistry, is the 2004-05 recipient
of the Society for College Science Teachers (SCST)/Kendall-Hunt Outstanding
Undergraduate Science Teacher Award. He will give an award presentation
titled "Five Good Reasons to
Drag Chemistry Teaching into the Twentieth Century" in April at the SCST
luncheon during the National Science Teachers Association/SCST national
convention in Atlanta. |
