Dr. Shobha Malviya, associate professor of anesthesiology, is the recipient of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation 2005 McDevitt Excellence in Research Award for Physicians. Malviya and her team received the award for their research, "Can we improve the assessment of discharge readiness? A comparative study of observational and objective measures of depth of sedation in children." |
