Dr. Kenneth Cooke, assistant professor of pediatrics and communicable diseases, and a member of the Blood and Marrow Transplant Program at the Comprehensive Cancer Center, has been selected for a Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Scholar in Clinical Research Award for a five-year period beginning July 1. Scholars in Clinical Research are investigators conducting original, independent applied research, often involving early-stage clinical trials, which will advance the prevention, diagnosis or treatment of hematologic malignancies. |
