Replacing mailed pay stubs with online option
What will be next?
I for one do not want to have to go online to look up my direct pay
stub information. This is just one more “click” “click” I
can live without. What about people who don’t have a computer
at home or work, or simply just don’t want to spend another second
of precious time “clicking” and “searching” for
something on the Internet, especially pay stub information. It’s
much more personal and confidential to have “hands on” of
pay stub information from the mailbox, rather than having someone telling
us to “click it” and “see it,” at least until
we get word the mailman is no longer needed.

A bath for Burton?
The Frieze is too fragile.
Too costly to preserve.
Modern housing to sprout,
Ahead of the curve.
What needs our attention
Is familiar to most.
It’s tall, tuneful and stately;
Its exterior burned toast.
So, I urge our leaders
To search the reserves.
Let’s scrub Burton Tower
To the dignity it deserves.
—Dale R. Leslie, HR Strategy & Planning
