First-year student Michael De Wit was among those taking part in a taste test Feb. 1 of Sumatra, Peruvian and Nicaraguan coffee brews at the Mary Markley Dining Center. Beginning in mid-February, Residential Dining Services will begin serving only organic certified fair trade coffee.
