Annual WCTF career conference adopts healthy theme
for 24th event

Center for the Education of WomenThe Women of Color Task Force will host its 24th annual career conference 8 a.m.-5 p.m. March 3 in the Michigan League, Rackham Auditorium and Modern Languages Building.
The title of the conference is "Healthy Person, Healthy Society" and the event is being supported by the Office of the President through the Michigan Healthy Community Initiative.
The conference, which is open to all University staff and the general public, will offer 50 professional, financial and personal development workshops on a variety of topics, including leadership development, nutrition and fitness, stress reduction and relaxation, interviewing techniques, diversity in the workplace, project management, home ownership and career development at U-M.

The early registration cost is $55 for University members for the conference only ($75 with luncheon) and $75 for non-University participants ($95 with luncheon). Onsite registration with no luncheon is $65 for U-M employees, $85 for non-U-M attendees.
The conference is co-sponsored by the Office of the Senior Vice Provost, Human Resources and Affirmative Action, the Michigan Healthy Community Initiative and the U-M Credit Union.
