Robert Millstein and other Alumni Association volunteers built wall sets and frames for homes May 17-21 at Elbel Field for The Little Big House hurricane relief project and the local Habitat for Humanity effort. The project continues today (June 12) through the 17th in Dallas Texas as U-M alumni bring their hammers and hearts to bear on a new Little Big House. It's not too late to pitch in; volunteers with or without construction experience are welcome to join those already in Dallas anytime during the week. The Alumni Association has arranged special pricing on airfare and lodging, and transportation to and from the job site will be provided. Volunteers also will be given snacks and refreshments during the work shifts, and will take home a commemorative T-shirt. Visit www.alumni.umich.edu/littlebighouse for more information.
