Director Huang Weikai will present his 2005 film "Floating'' at 4 p.m. March 16 in the Rackham Amphitheatre. The documentary is about a guitar-playing drifter who dreams of stardom while living on the streets of Guangzhou, China. The film will be shown in Mandarin with English subtitles.
