South African and Malian puppet companies will present "Tall Horse" Oct. 18-22 at the Power Center for the Performing Arts. The performance features 60 puppets, 13 actors and evocative music, video and dance for a thought-provoking pan-African theatrical spectacle combining the Bambara puppetry tradition of Mali with contemporary techniques from South Africa.
