But on Sept. 19, Wolverine sophomore running back Michael Hart participated in a reading of the U.S. Constitution on the Central Campus Diag. Several representatives of the campus community took part in the event, which was part of the University's observance of Constitution Day. Participants included former Provost Paul N.
