The Rouge: Photographs by Michael Kenna exhibit tour, 7 p.m. Dec. 7, UMMA Off/Site, 1301 S. University at Forest. English landscape photographer Kenna first toured the Rouge Plant in Dearborn, Mich. in 1992 and returned to the site over a number of years. The resulting photographs capture the smoky atmosphere, dramatic structures, and the bold silhouettes that give this early 20th-century technical marvel at the center of modern American industry its character.
