Tamango's Urban Tap performs "Bay Mo Dilo (Give Me Water)" at 8 p.m. March 14 at the Michigan Theater. A master tap artist and major force in the downtown New York City scene, Tamango has shared the stage with such dance legends as Gregory Hines, Jimmy Slyde, Buster Brown and Savion Glover.
