Voice mail changes scheduled this month Meridian Voice Mail will be replaced with U-M Voice Mail on May 19, a new service that will work much like Meridian. Users will need to set up a new password and greeting on their first log in. Instructions for using the service and obtaining a temporary password are at www.itcom.itcs.umich.edu/UMvoicemail.html on the Web. This replacement will not affect Centrex Meridian users (those with 998-xxxx telephone numbers); they should continue to use the 998-6280 Meridian access number. Also, message center users (those who dial 6-5000 to access their mailboxes) and University Health System CallPilot users are not affected by the replacement. More Stories
