Health care research funding available

W-2 electronic versions available

Two delivery methods will be available in January for 2008 Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statements. On Jan. 9 employees should receive an e-mail containing details on how to print the form using Wolverine Access, wolverineaccess.umich.edu. Alternatively, hardcopy W-2 forms will be mailed in late January. To ensure prompt delivery by the U.S. Postal Service, home addresses must be correct by Jan. 5 in the University central Human Resources Management System M-Pathways database. Update home addresses using Wolverine Access or obtain address change request forms by contacting the Human Resources Records and Information Services Office at 615-2000, or University Health System Human Resources at 647-2385.
