Travel Reimbursement PolicyTips will be offered on processing Travel Expense Reports.
Voice Response UnitParticipants will learn to use Accounts Payable and Travel Audits Voice Response Unit to retrieve information about the status of an invoice.
How to Read IMS ScreensParticipants will learn how to obtain information via IMS on purchase orders so they track an invoice through the payment process.
General Information Sessions will focus on checkwriting schedules, refund vouchers, imprest cash funds, single reimbursement vouchers, foreign vendor invoices, invoice vouchers and credit memos. The work of several M-Quality improvement teams tackling issues related to the procurement process also will be presented.
