Seminar topics include:
Failed Invoices and Invoice Payment Notices—A new invoice payment notice will be discussed. Participants will learn what to do when an invoice fails audit, resulting in a payment delay.
Travel Reimbursement Policy—Tips will be offered on processing Travel Expense Reports.
Voice Response Unit—Participants will learn to use Accounts Payable and Travel Audit’s Voice Response Unit to retrieve information about the status of an invoice.
How to Read IMS Screens—Participants will learn how to obtain information via IMS on purchase orders so they track an invoice through the payment process.
General Information Sessions will focus on checkwriting schedules, refund vouchers, imprest cash funds, single reimbursement vouchers, foreign vendor invoices, invoice vouchers and credit memos. The work of several M-Quality improvement teams tackling issues related to the procurement process also will be presented.
