New U-M Occupational Health Services opens today

In order to create a single clinic to handle work-related health care needs of both U-M Health System and Ann Arbor campus faculty and staff, University Hospital’s Employee Health Services and the part of the MWorks Occupational Health Clinic that served the main campus have merged.

The new combined clinic, U-M Occupational Health Services, opens today. It also will handle occupational health exams for the Dearborn campus.

U-M Occupational Health Services is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic is located on the third floor of the Med Inn Building of the U-M Health System. The Med Inn is located on the medical campus between the University Hospital and C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital. Parking is available in a small lot next to the Med Inn, with several spaces designated for “Occupational Health.”

Information and directions to the new clinic, which is part of the MHealthy program of employee health and well-being services, can be found on the MHealthy Web site under Occupational Health Clinics. To contact U-M Occupational Health Services, call (734) 764-8021, or e-mail
