Information and Technology Services offering after-hours support
After-hours help-desk support for U-M faculty and staff is now available Monday through Friday, between the hours of 5 p.m. and 8 a.m., and on weekends from 5 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Monday.
Information and Technology Services offers online and telephone service to report system or application outages and slow response times, or to request assistance with resetting passwords for administrative systems and applications available on Wolverine Access.
Faculty and staff can call 734-936-7000, option 0. For those who prefer the Web, the Online Help Desk allows individuals to submit problems via a Web form.
Requesting help via the Web has additional advantages as faculty and staff can:
• Check the status of submitted requests.
• View a history of their requests.
• Review resolutions of previously submitted requests.
Non-emergency requests will be responded to the next business day.
