Repairs approved at Duderstadt Center, Lorch Hall
The Board of Regents approved two building repair projects at its meeting Thursday.
A $2.2 million project will improve the energy performance of the James and Anne Duderstadt Center by adding insulation and an air and vapor barrier, upgrading mechanical systems and repairing damaged soffits.
A $1.6 million project will make repairs to the Lorch Hall building envelope, including masonry, steel, roof and rain conductor repairs.
Both projects will be funded from General Fund resources and are scheduled to be completed this fall.
