U-M alum has key role in Kagan's swearing-in ceremony

U-M alumnus Jeffrey Minear (center), holds the Bible as Chief Justice John Roberts administers the constitutional oath to Elena Kagan, the newest associate justice of the Supreme Court. Kagan was sworn in Aug. 7. Minear performed the same function later that day when Roberts administered Kagan’s judicial oath. This video highlights the role of TechArb, a business incubator that provides a launching pad for U-M students looking to start their own businesses. Located in downtown Ann Arbor, it's managed by the Center for Entrepreneurship in conjunction with the Zell Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies.
