MHealthy asks, 'Where will you Active U this holiday?'

Over the past seven years, faculty and staff have earned more than 50,000 Active U T-shirts. This got people at MHealthy wondering, where in the world have all those T-shirts been?

To kick off the eighth annual Active U program in January, MHealthy is asking U-M faculty and staff to put on an Active U T-shirt and take a photo as they travel and get active this holiday season. Then, post the photo on MHealthy's Facebook page by Jan. 4.

Five benefits-eligible employees will win an gift card or MHealthy Exercise & Relaxation Class 15-Visit Punch Card.

"The holidays are a big travel time, so whether you're traveling across the state, country or globe, we want to know where you'll be getting active this season," says Colleen Greene, MHealthy senior wellness coordinator. "Throw on an Active U T-shirt, find a cool landmark and post your photo on MHealthy's Facebook page to show us."
