Marvin Parnes, associate vice president for research and executive director of research administration, has been elected chair of the Ann Arbor Area Chamber of Commerce board of directors for 2005. Parnes has been a member of the board since 2000. |

The Ann Arbor Jaycees has announced that three University staff members will serve on the organization's board of directors for 2005. Serving as president is Sue Faust, an architect in Plant Extension-Architecture & Engineering Services; Beth Hill, a concentration advisor in LSA and the School of Natural Resources and Environment's Program in the Environment; and Jen Bodzin, manager of the Michigan Center for Genomics and Public Health, are vice presidents. |
